Built for clinicians by clinicians, Abridge efficiently generates documentation by summarizing and structuring recorded medical conversations in real-time. Simply use Abridge to record a patient conversation. Abridge processes natural conversation, so talk to your patient like you normally would – there’s no need for wake words or dictation. When the visit is over, head over to the Abridge web editor to review and finalize your note.
Note: you’ll use this app to record medical conversations with patients. After you finish a conversation, you’ll be directed to our web UI to review and complete draft documentation.

You can use this for
- recording encounters that do not appear in the linked schedule
- unscheduled inpatient rounds
